ACO reduces camping prices

Thought that would get your attention.

Actually, what I noticed in the brochure is that the campsite fee now includes facilities from Monday 8 June @ 9am (except Mulsanne & Arnage & PZ54) - so no extra night charges.

What a nice result  ;D ;D ;D ;D Always did seem to be a money grab from those who turned up early but at 15 euros a night was not the end of the world. But nice of the ACO to note the credit crunch and drop the fee. If that had been a British motorsport event the price would have gone up  >:D >:D

I suspect this is as much about stopping the blokes on the gate pocketing all the "supplement" money rather than anything else!   8)

We noticed this new 'all inclusive' deal for BSJ. Certainly the demand has been there for a few years as the site is quite busy by Monday eve.

Just hope the toilets/showers are open/lit/heated/serviced before Wednesday - we may have paid for the 'extra' days in previous years, but we certainly haven't got the facilities until the 'official' opening day !!!!!
