Hi,

As per last year, I am still without a passenger for this years Le Mans trip.

It's all sorted and organised, the ferry is booked, the campsite sorted out (Bleu Nord), but i just need someone to split the costs with and possibly do a bit of relief driving if required.

I am booked on the 23.00 hrs ferry from Portsmouth to Le Harve on Wednesday 10th June. Returning on the 05.00 hrs ferry from Dieppe to Newhaven on Monday 15th June.

So ideally the interested person needs to be from somewhere either on the M6 down from Preston, Birmingham area, near the M40 etc as I will be going down to Portsmouth via Oxford and Reading bypass etc.

If you are interested, please get in touch ASAP. Approximate cost is around £150 for the trip plus food and spends. I am willing to take a slight hit in costs if it saves me taking a big hit if i have to go on my own.

Driving down in a 2005 Audi A4 Avant 2.5 TDi so there should be plenty of space.

Canada Phil, please let me know what your plans are for Le Mans. Thanks

Regards
Chris Clark

Hi Chris,

I might just be the person your looking for,

After a series of unfortunate events I too am travelling to le-mans alone, I however, have no transport so am looking for the most economical method of getting there. I'm in South Manchester so getting to the M6 is a lift off a mate and not a problem.

If the offer is still on, let me know and we can discuss the finer points.

Thanks

Si
