Sir Bobby Robson passed away this morning at 6:30

I'm not a football fan at all but he always came across as a nice bloke.

RIP

A true english gent, one of the few remaining in English Football. He's been an ever present element of my experience of football - 1990 was legendary, and he's always just been around.  Honourable in his approach, and a real credit to the beautiful game.  He has of course been quite ill for some time, but I have a horribly sad feeling about this.

RIP Bobby, and thanks for the memories.

A big loss to the football community. I saw a very impressive minute of silence in his honor on Sunday when PSV Eindhoven played their first match of the season.
I have given up on being on facebook and myspace, I kept mixing them up and invited people to come on Myface!
