This worked for me - at least with Chinetti ..............................
If you look at the PANORAMA view on the online booking system, you should be able to spin the camera view around through almost 180 degrees and look at the seats / rows number behind the camera position.
With a little careful calculation and pointing you can then count to the location of your seat numbers.
If you then right click on the panorama image and 'save as' the image you can view the whole image (looks like a fish eye view at first).
In the example attached, I have marked our seats using Windows Paint to show my team our seating positions.
If you open the image and zoom in to about 50% magnification, then look right, you should see what I mean.
