Help, with private message thingy

Can anyone help out here, other CA members tell me that when they send me an instant message they get a reply that they are on my ignore list. I have checked this in the settings and my ignore list is empty.
All suggestions will be greatly received. And before you start Gibberish, no comments

Brian, I've had a look under 'Messages', 'Preferences', 'Ignore List' amd the instructions say

Ignorelist:
Add one Username on each line.
Or enter * to ignore all messages.

Assuming you have none of the above, maybe you could try 'Reset Form'

Other than that, fluck knows.

Brian - you sure its nothing to do with the punctuation in your name?  The ","  and "." may throw off the system?

I always find it easier to send a messgae to someone after finding their last post or simular and clicking on the icon on their name bar bit. I think that area is called an Avatar??
