Are there any photos out there of someone tripping over during the running start they used to do ?

I appreciate the danger of falling over in the middle of a racetrack with tyresmoke etc. at the start, but seeing someone fall over is funny at all times.  ;D

Never seen one of anyone stumbling, but the famous photo of Jacky Ickx casually strolling across the track while the rest of the field is geeting ready to blast away in 1969 is a bit humorous.
