Nürburgring
« on: July 05, 2004, 10:03:36 am »
What a dramatic and tough race. The conditions were (typically for the Eifel region) a weird mix of sunshine and showers.

Congratulations to Allan McNish and Pierre Kaffer for the the podium. The sister car went second and the DBA Zytec third.

Pictures will follow.
I don't care - I'm a racing driver and I'm here to win, not to finish third.

Here's the follow up...

The winning No 8 Veloqx Audi. That's Allan McNish at the wheel. Next weekend he will be piloting a VW Beetle for 25 Hours around Spa-Francorchamps.  ;D

The second placed No 88 Veloqx Audi with Jamie Davies at the wheel. Note: Nicely glowing disk brakes.  ;D

Instead of using the website webspace, you can find my Nürburgring pictures at www.speedpics.nl

From september 12th / 13th  on you will find the LMES 1.000 kms of Spa Franchorchamps there too :-)
