Just come across your site and find it very useful and informative.
Well done on providing a wealth of useful information.
My first time at Le Mans this year.
Travelling down from Blackpool at about 2am and then catching the ferry at Portsmouth to Caen on Thursday morning (8.30am - ish) Stopping at Houxe Annexe. Got tickets to camp, to circuit and to Grandstand.
Looking forward to a really good crack.

Welcome Dave. If you need any more info, you'll get it here. I'm sure you'll have a great time for first time. Houx Annexe is a great site and well placed. Call into the poo bar on Saturday night. Not long now.

I think you must have the wrong idea.  All of Friday is spent as a day of prayer, with hymms before bedtime at 8 pm, followed by the weekend of 24 hours of silence and fasting.  Why do you think the new corner is called Chappelle (chapel).  This is the largest Bendictine sanctuary in all of France, and this race thing is a myth to attract those who have lost the faith.

May peace and the Lord be with you
