Very Chipper ACO Booking Office !!!

I must say, the booking clark I just spoke to at ACO was very chipper.  Is this the lull into the false sence of security that my GA tickets will turn up on time?

I'm I being played for a fool and will still nail bit to the 11th hour like the last 8 years?
