Times for Beer Festival
« on: September 07, 2005, 08:20:00 am »
Morning All,

Hope I find you well.

Right, here's the plan for all you folks coming to the beer festival on Saturday. You need to be at Mark's house for between 18:30 & 18:45. From there we will make the necassery arrangements for transporting evryone to the festival itself.

For those of you planning on staying at Robs that night, please remember to bring a sleeping bag and maybe an airbed. Robs house is very comfortable, but the floors just as hard as anywhere else ;)

Doris - Please ignore the above and go straight to Robs as per my message. We will pick you up from there as required. Its basically because Rob's is a LOT easier to find than Mark's.

If you have any questions or need directions, please let me know.

It's gonna be an awesome night.  ;D

Look forward to seeing you all.

Gazza

I may have to work on saturday and was wondering if someone could possibly collect me from the station on Saturday afternoon. It would probably be around 1730-1800.

I seem to remember that JP you live a long way from the station?

There is still a possibilty I do not have to work but I will let you know if that is the case.

Gazza, seen as most of us are going to be around Rob's afterwards hows about you sorting all the photos out and getting some sort of auto slide show going in the background whilst we carry on drinking!!!!

Anyone got a projector to hook up to a laptop?? (Mark)

Pitbull will be arriving by train at some time between 5.30 and 6.30 so collection from teh station shouldn't be a problem (it's not that far as far as driving is concerned but certainly too far to walk, unless you're a mega fit sportsman of course!  ;))

Hmmh, Abs, "photos" and "all" may be a worry to some of us ;D  but nonetheless an excellent idea and should be done.

Hi Peter, it will be good to see you on Saturday...

:-\ I think I am safe this year, unless you can tell me different!!! There may be a little censorship required though purely to protect the innocent of course as I am sure you understand.
