How the hell do you attach photos onto your messages ?

I have tried a few times and always failed.

Do I have to be a fully paid up computer geek or am I just missing something simple ?

Seems a problem area. This is my understanding.

To attach to a single post, use the attach button on the posting screen. The picture MUST be under 100k, and only certain formats work.

If you want to attach a picture to your profile, it needs to be on the web, not on your own computer. There are free sites where you can post the picture into your online "album", then find the shortcut, which you then put into your user profile. www.picturetrail.com hosts my pics.

I've also noticed that if you attach a file and then hit the preview button, the file doesn't show up.  It looks like if you just forgo the preview it works though.  I've been working on fixing that, but no luck so far.
