That's SXM in St. Maarten. Search YouTube.com and there are some vids of people hanging on the fence and getting blown into the sea from the jetwash on takeoff.

Great site, thought this one was good, apprently the pilot thought the landing was "reasonably normal", I bet he doesnt put it on his CV though
