Pressing F5 on your keyboard will result in a refresh/reload of the page.
Even though I do believe that if you "keep logged in forever" on this forum -and keep your computer running- you do show as online all the time. Nopanic has done that earlier this year as well...

i found the opposite Paddy, had CA on one of my Firefox tabs and that's the reason why I'm top of the list.  Mr Brown is welcome to the title, makes you look like a sad ole git with nothing better to do.  Have seen comments about it on another motor sport forum.

BTW if you're looking for a replacement film stock camera I believe Mr Brown has been trying to flog one on e-bay recently!
