I'll be spending Christmas up a tree in a game reserve in South Africa, courtesy of my Boss. How good is that.
Roast ostrich with lots of stuffing for lunch no doubt.

As a matter of interest, it takes 39lbs of stuffing for an average ostrich, just hope the oven is big enough.
