Can Opener - Help From the US Please

One of the people I work with seems to have a thing about Barack's 'Yes We Can' ethos, and says it as much as possible.  So imagine my surprise when, today, I found 'Yes We Can' can openers for sale online.

The only problem is I can't find them in the UK.  Would any of our American friends be able to purchase one and post it to me please? 

Obvioulsy happy to pay in cold hard cash ... or beer at Sebring.
