It's a real shame that the Rudmore' will be no more, many an enjoyable pint has been experienced there.
Regarding the redevelopement/expansion of the port. My bet is that BAMNuttall (previously kown as Edmund Nuttall Ltd) will be the sucessfull contractor, I can even tell you the name of the Project Manager if they are chosen.
