Which is the better book?
« on: October 01, 2009, 12:10:25 am »
Which of the 2 following books would anybody recommend about the Porsches at LM

24:16 LM 24 hours, 16 wins with Porsche by Norbert Singer & Micheal Collins

or

porsche 917 the undercover story by Gordon Wingrove

I prefer a good factual read rather than a very technical one.

Any other suggestions on the same subject?

I read a book once.

Green, it was.  ;)
I wouldn't sit there if I were you, it's still a bit wet.

The Commer Handbook?
Le Mans is life, anything before and after is just waiting...

... it's not the taking part but the winning that counts !

  • You're either at Le Mans, or waiting for Le Mans!
