Al Holbert or Hans Stuck? He looks a bit fat,  so probably the American. Or the German? Could be either and I reckon it is 1986.

He looks a bit lanky, so the maybe is it Vern Schuppan as for the year, maybe 86.

It's not Stuck, that's for sure. Stuck is much taler and thinner. Could it be Jochen Mass ? That's a tough one.  Undecided

It you have a good resolution you can read the autograph in the right side (but wrtitten in blue so quite unreadable)

Didn't see Gilles admit that it was '83. That would exclude the 961.  My guess now would be Hurley Haywood.
