Add 1 more to the list of no-shows. Not going to make it this year, not even trying. Dublin is to much fun to go to some lame race in France Grin

Now back to me Guinness

There is always the Classic, you then still get to visit a race and take back your dodgy remark...

Well I'm out....................

Way too busy with work to sort out everything that needs to be sorted, also now out of the classic weekend as well.

Race will be there next year and the classic will be there in 2014.

Now off to find a cupboard to hide in for the next few months Roll Eyes Embarrassed

I'm also out. My job was made redundant at 5pm Thursday. Got my ticket already for the Silverstone Classic though so if anyone's going I will see you there!

I'm gutted for you.

Hope to see you at the Silverstone Classic.

Le Mans - the how you get there is not quite as important as being there.

Thanks Ade & Barry
I'm not hiding under any stones and will be out and about as much as possible. (Particularly at Silverstone).
My list of things to do around the house seems to be growing by the day but I'll also be finding time to carry out further development work in the man-lab and will be getting round to stripping down and re-building that oily lump that once was a Rover V8 3.9
See you around!

Bugger. Sorry to hear that your Lordship. Not sure about our appearance at Silverstone Classic this year. Will give you a holler if we do though...

Bugger indeed! My solicitor is working overtime at the moment (with associated eye watering costs coming my way). Costs aside Wishy and I are thinking the same things viz: (a) compensation / settlement and (b) Corvette.
Simple I thought until the venerable Lady Steve had thoughts of bathroom refurbishment.
I don't want to be clean, I want a Corvette and I don't mind being dirty.

I am the sensible one in this relationship aren't I?

Alas Still no joy on work so im considering myself jobless yet again from June 1st................  Angry

Ive 6 interviews this week but putting the sensible head on and realising what the current job market is like i shall not be going to Leman to the 24hr.............. this year which to be frank I am now very f%%ked off about.

Dad has my order for tickets for 2013 and what ever job i have / get im booking 2 weeks off for it so i will be there even if im in a coffin!

Hi Steve,
Yes you are the sensible one. After all these years it will not be the same without you.
