Such sad news, I hadn't seen the earlier thread so didn't realise that Deb was so unwell.

Ian, look after yourself, remember the good times, I have some great memories of Deb, perhaps there will be a right time for a thread to share those memories xxx

Really sad to hear the news. Glad i was able to catch Debs for a chat at Le Mans even if it was only for a few brief minutes as she had to return to maison blanche. Sincere condolences to Ian and Debs family and you are in my thoughts.

Ian, so sorry for your loss mate and just to repeat what others have said - we'd like to help if we can in any way. The spirit of Club Arnage is with you both.

So sorry for your loss Ian.  Debs always made sure that she stopped at our camp at Le Mans where we always fly our CA flag.  A delightful lady who we will raise a glass to tonight, and every year in June in our little corner of England in France.

You don't win Le Mans - you outlast it.

I'm lost for words... RIP Debs. One good soul that leaves the earth.

I was sitting there speechless and pensive when I got the message... and I still am.

Not sure how I can help and what I can do, Ian.

My dearest condolences. A very sad day.

I'm not a prolific poster but and avid forum reader and long time Le Mans attendee.

It is a testement to the power of Le Mans, this forum and unknown fellow fans that I am compelled to pass on my sincere condolences to someone whom I have never met but has touched me enough to feel deep sadness.

My thoughts are with you Ian and no doubt Deb will be fondly remembered and toasted at the annual gathering in 2013.

Here, here!

I have not had the pleasure of meeting you both, but an avid follower of CA and of course, Le Mans.
Having met some of my greatest freinds ever during the course of being at Le Mans and on CA, I can fully appreciate the great extent of your loss and extend my sincere condolences to you and the rest of your family.

Any loss of someone who has that much passion for Le Mans is a great loss indeed and I hope that we can celebrate and toast Deb next year and make it one to remember.

The garage doors are closed but we will stiil meet again at the end of the race.
