Modern Commer Replacement

If it is ever desired to retire the venerable Commer (or restrict it to supporting historic race meetings) the modern equivalents may be at hand......... ;D

Beaterz.com is one of the funniest automotive sites on the internet.
Some of the appraisals of the hilarious rice-burners and other souped-up clunkers that the authors have discovered in and around Chicago IL are works of literary art.
"Yellow stripes = Power, Stickers = Power" fantastic stuff and a great way to piss away a dull workday morning.
Be sure to check-out the hate mail, it's classic.
If it\'s good and fast, it won\'t be cheap. If it\'s fast and cheap, it won\'t be good. If it\'s good and cheap, it won\'t be fast.

  • You don't win Le Mans - you outlast it.

Oh dear, that's too much for me. I think I have to run for the toilet...  :o
I don't care - I'm a racing driver and I'm here to win, not to finish third.

A shame it's not a four door. Customised four doors always look so much tackier than the two door equivalent.
I wouldn't sit there if I were you, it's still a bit wet.
