Members area 2024
« on: March 14, 2024, 01:59:58 pm »
Been trying to book a guest pass for the members area for Wednesday/Thursday for the past week, but the website will only sell them with a members pass for the same days. As I already have a pass for the week I was fearing the worst and resigned myself to an ACO rip off of some sort. Anyway, emailed this morning, was called back within the hour, and as I already had a full week pass, I was able to buy a full week guest pass despite them being shown as sold out on the members website.
I have to say well done ACO for excellent customer service.

FYI I was told that the Wednesday/Thursday passes will not be valid on the Friday.

Wow that's shocking as I was told the opposite a week ago ??

Had a phone call today. They are sold out and you can only add one guest now ! But at the time I renewed I could have added more as I had them in my cart.

Poor chap on the phone was nearly apologising about the decisions being made are above his pay grade.
But still a no no !

Apparently they wouldn't let him in the building as he didn't have his guest pass......  ;)

If you don’t ask you don’t get! I was offered them with my membership renewal on Friday!

To avoid doubt I had to pay for them.
