Hi,

Does anyone know what campsite Techno parc is like ? (compared to Beausejour for example)
Passed it a few times last year, looked sort of tidy and very organised.

Edwin.

The ACO aren't advertising Technoparc this year. I think it has gone back to Airtrack for their VIP (Very Increased Prices) Campsite.

I was in Beausejour this year and it was quite nice and chilled compared to Technoparc....plus we got to see Frank Biela looking miserable after his early retirement walking down the road.

Imagine how Perry and Mika must have felt... Angry

For those of you that are not happy with your campsite. www.Airtrack.co.uk spoke to me this morning and they still have MB tickets left, you may have to bundle these with a ferry but my tickets ARE cheap!

MBx1, Return P&O Fast Pompy-Caen Wednesday morning returning Caen-Pompy Monday night Fast Craft for 4 people at £430 for the motorhome but it is £380 for a car.

I doesn't include any GA tickets though.

I stayed in the TechnoPark two years running in 2000 and 2001.  Then, it was quite quiet with plenty of space.

In 2002 we tried but got bumped into a little area (well, field) next to BeauSejour (taken by AirTrack last year) and in 2003 we got in beausejour on the day.  Great little spot towards the back, we turned up at 11am (right before the rain came down) and nobody else arrived after us.

I have been going to Le Mans for 9 years and never pre-booked camping.  I do howevere make a mad dash trip, going Friday night, staying half way down, then hacking it back to Calais sunday night.
