A quick google image search finds the picture I want.  I don't download it but just use the 'Image' icon to include the pictures full web address in the body of my post.

Thus the image appears as an invisible link and is displayed dynamically and doesn't clog up the CA forum site with a big picture file.

(keep this info to yourself - if you tell anyone else, I'll have to kill you)
