No, I believe the sign said it was closed for about a month.
Probably the owners' annual holiday or so.

Too bad, wanted to grab a pint there then. Further up the N138 the Chinese restaurant and that restaurant next to it were way too busy.

What price the beer at the Stella?

The pub outside the main entrance and up the hill was 5 euros a pint last year, and I think 4 euros the year before. It was ram jam and the pisser was swimming!

The whole place is a bit dear compared to Guernsey (no VAT etc) but then we wouldn't be able to have a 24 hour race, well we could but the drivers would get dizzy as the island is only 25sq miles.

Martini...any time etc...
