Brilliant day at Sebring Silverstone. Did I mention I went there! Sun was out all day and the GT racing was by far the best of the days racing. Hearing the aston drives say "we didn't expect to win, we only came to make sure the cars work for Le Mans".

Corvette could have been a problem though if it wasn't for it's brake faliure.

Any news on you coming over yet??

Ey lad it was. Ace day. I also was burnt on the balding hair line .

JP and Rob in the caterhams were funny especially "slim" holding the belly in.

Next time we meet it will be at my local for a few.

As the driver of the car said to me.

When you shouted out "do you want some vaseline" as I got in.

"Why does he carry vaseline with him???" he asked.  Wink

"We shall let the viewers decide !! "

Hmm, JPC..... Looks a trifle , erm, snuggish to me.

Not that I am being in any way judgemental, as you may recall from Carrefour, I fit a little snugly in places myself....

But by God, I bet it was great fun... Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

Quote of the day:

JPChenet:  "me, rob and fat lad are heading down to have a go on the
                   Caterhams"

Chef:         "well you aint getting in...... and he's not getting in.......and
neither is he..........so isn't that a waste of time?"

Huge fun Bill. Hilarious when they spin it around the cones with the front wheel almost locked to the spot while huge clouds of smoke scream off the rear tyres.

I said to the driver "You must love your job" to which he replied "I'll never do anything else!"

You're either at Le Mans, or waiting for Le Mans!

Bloody hell, I'm looking at all these CA shirts in the pics, I was wandering around Silverstone all day in mine and never spotted another one. Were you lot all avoiding me ? I know it was hot but I didn't smell that bad surely. Maybe I am just a blind bastard cos they all look big enough to see in the photos  Cool

Maybe we were stood sideways at the time Bob so you missed our stealth like figures???  Roll Eyes

We were always on the lookout for others knowing that you and a few others would be there.

Next time we must swap mobile numbers, or arrange a firm meeting time and place!

Does your shirt have "BOB" written on the back?
