Damn, there really IS something notsymmetrical about the Union Flag! Never managed to notice that before.....

This film should be played at high volume, so don't come complaining about it! And who the hell is Steve?

There are a number of rules regarding the Flying of the Union Flag.

The Union flag must always be flown in a superior position ie:

i) the highest flagpole
ii) the centre flag pole where there is an odd number of poles of the same height
iii) the left centre flag pole viewed from the front of the building, where there is an even number of the same height.

For the full scoop on these things see Department for Culture, Media and Sport Flag Flying

Soooo Paddy you were not flying the flag correctly that is a beer buying offence.  I'll collect the fine next year. ;D

Well, we're Dutch. Would be weird to have the Union Jack at top then...
The Dutch flag was at about 17 metres above the ground. That means the ClubArnage Flag was waving at a height of about 16 metres, viewable from the MB grandstand 8)

none of the poles were the same height, the flag was hanging in the "middle" pole though :)

iii) the left centre flag pole viewed from the front of the building, where there is an even number of the same height.
I have built a lot on MB, but didn't put up a building! :D
