I'm not sure that there aren't more than 3 programmes in the series. It's definitely repeated in the middle of the night on Sky Discovery but not on NTL analogue Discovery. Program guide I have indicates this runs well into December but it isn't clear if these are repeats or not.

Can someone advise whether I am best copying this to DVD+R or DVD-R for maximum compatability?

As far as I can make out, the Monday showing is in 3 x 1 hour programmes while the repeats are in 6 x 1/2 hour slots.

I use DVD+R for a one off copy or DVD+RW for re use, both work fine

Most off the shelf cheapo DVD players are DVD-R so I would have thought that would be the most compatible. Recorders and PC based DVD kit can normally deal with more variants of the format.

I'll take a copy from you in whatever format you opt for. If you get loads of requests I'd be happy to help out on the copying and distribution front.

looks like the dutch are lucky with our version of Discov
this Sunday they repeat the whole thing between 3 and 6, no watch-watching for me!

I have recorded the 3 episodes onto DVD and posted it off to Smokie to edit out the ad breaks and any other rubbish on it at the begining and end.

Due to our complete stupidity directly related to having the memory span of goldfish we missed the last episode of this.  Does anyone know if it's repeated, failing that can I add myself to the blagging a DVD list?
