Oh bad luck Rick! But I could always meet you for a beer on Sat night as I only live down the road!

Me and Al (another Le Mans regular) are camping at Whittlebury on Saturday night only. Watch out for the grey Alfa 156 with the large spoiler. We can have a couple of cold ones (probably no fridge required). It will be nice to meet some fellow CA'ers.

Just booked the tickets, will be there about 11 a.m on sat. Need to test all this junk i've bought for june. Hope to be flying my new BM flag if it gets here in time!

Hope that gate is open! Not sure if you can get further away from the entrance!

How big is this said gate and would it be advisable to climb it if it is shut?

If the camping is, as it was last time I used it, right by the entrance to Whittlebury Park, it's nowhere near the circuit.  For the GP weekend they use fields right next to the circuit but I doubt that is where you will be this weekend.

I'll do my best, but my cameras digital zoom is pretty poor. I have a pitpass though so I can try and get  some shots of them stationary
