..one of the bars in town has just started serving Kronenbourg Blanc on draft and I have to say I've discovered quite a taste for it!!

But then last night I was enjoying pints of Leffe in a bar just of Leicester Square, and very pleasant it was too!

i wasnt overly impressed, it was ok. not too expensive either - £2.29 and a free kronenburg blanc glass

Mark, have you tried the Lowlander on Drury Lane?  I was there yesterday enjoying some of the beers on offer.  Loads of different Belgian and Dutch beers.  Needless to say I was bit squiffy by the time I headed for the train home.

I tried Kronenbourg Blanc and I had to change it for something else. It is unpleasant and has a strange lemony sort of taste.

No way, that is one of the finer beers Belgium has to offer. Go for the Triple I say

Mark, also bring some Hoegaarden Grand Cru or Verboden Vrucht (Forbidden Fruit). Those are great to!!

Maybe we can get a selection when we are at Spa in two weeks??

Good idea, we can buy a couple bottles of La Chouffe!!! That's the one with the little dwarf on the bottle.

It is the same dwarf that will be pounding away with a sledgehammer inside your skull the next morning
