Spot the Moggie inside the circuit just below the Dunlop bridge.  PM me and we'll set up a rdv.  Will CA'ers meet at the poo bar as per the race?  Can hand over then.

That was our plan at the last Classic.  The poo bar was in a different place at the 2004 Classic to the 2004 24 hours.

OK, give me a time and I'll turn up with a few copies.  (Don't tell Motors TV though....)

All 4 hours is now on DVD if anyone can copy pm me and I will post it off to you, as long as I get it back at some point. It does include the ad breaks but they are a good excuse to get another beer from the fridge.
The coverage and commentary are quite good but they do say at the begining "Welcome to the 2005 Le Mans 24 hour race" and the presumably French director cuts away from pictures of Aston and Vette side by side on the Mulsanne to a routine Pesccarola pit stop.

Pretzel has kindly offered to copy and distribute the DVD. PM to him I suppose

Prog recorded and copies (sans ads) being made as we speak, although I have to do this in real time so the number I can do will depend on how much time I have between now and the Classic.  I don't expect to be paid, but as each takes up 2 blank DVD-Rs, I'd be grateful if anybody who wants a copy could bring me 2 new blanks in exchange as they are pricey here and my old source of such things will not post to mainland Europe.  If anybody needs DVD+Rs, please PM me.
Maybe a CAer could take some back to the UK to send to those who want them whom BobU can't supply.  Nickliv, will do yours first and PM you.
Hope Motors won't procecute me for this!

Termie, I know some of our group would love to have a copy (well for sure I do!!), and as far as I know Pieter is attending the classic. If so, I'll give him 2 empty's in exchange, and I'll duplicate for the rest of our group who's interested if that's ok with you.

This film should be played at high volume, so don't come complaining about it! And who the hell is Steve?

As I'm not at the Classic, could someone sort me out with a copy. Discs, postage, whatever anyone would like in return.

Cheers

Stu

No probs, just need to set up a meet now as the cars that make my mouth water (ie those I can still remember racing in anger) are around from 20.40 on Saturday so I may be riveted to the track during normal poo-bar time.  19.00 in the poo bar would suit me; sorry if this proves a little early for some.  Any other ideas which avoid plateaux 4, 5 and 6?  Also, have an appointment with a certain DB Panhard which is driving me round the circuit in the concours (oooh!)

If you like, I can copy mine  and send on to someone else, then if they see you at the classic, they can get you the beer.

Let me know

Cheers

No probs about the copy Rick but as per my previous post there is a tiny problem about 21.00, or should I say several such as  Morgan Plus 4, 250LM, 275 GTB, 1965 Marcos, GT40.... Problem with the Classic is you only get 4 hours per car...  Maybe move a few feet closer to the circuit? ???

I won't be at the Classic. If someone who is can lend me their copy I can help with some duplication.
