Hi there - new to the forum, 3-time vet of the LM 24 hours. I'd like to help out, and have some articles I've written about Le Mans that I'd be happy to offer some or all of. I just sent an email...

A quick update on buying fuel late at night.  Anybody travelling from the port of Caen to LM can use UK credit/debit cards at the Esso petrol station next to the Champion supermarket in Ouisterham.  There is also now a petrol station on the A28 between Rouen and Alencon (and a snack bar).

Any idea if it is open 24 hours?

Well, it does go to Sebring in my case!  Have to go to Kent first to pick up Paul (and get a cheaper flight via the UK.) :)

Just a quick one, re the "where to watch" bit.  Perhaps you'd like to add a couple of words to say that the new tunnel at Tertre Rouge is now suitable for wheelchairs.

Three chapters are proof read now and only have a couple of very slight changes, will mail them back tomorrow.
I've come to believe that Le Mans is the centre of the universe.

Mr T is Ian,  Paul is the owner of the Moggie in my avatar - he's driving it and I'm in the passenger seat.  We go around in 3s to most race meetings!
