CA T-Shirts 2007
« on: January 10, 2007, 12:14:02 pm »
Now that the end-of-year festivities are history, time to concentrate on the new year.

I have had a chat with Robbo, the net result being that I will take over the admin for this year's T shirts (and car stickers if wanted).  I need to get the ball rolling so that the shirts will be ready for Sebring.

So, to get an idea of numbers, who will be wanting shirts this year - and how many??  And do you want 2007 car stickers??

Design wise, the shirts will probably be similar to last year with a different picture on the back.  Costs, I hope, will again be similar.  Any residue of money after distribution will be donated to the CA charity.

Martini - I like the ideas you have spoken about with FS and Paddy - can you develop those ideas and come up with a prototype.

one thing though, I expect not only an Union Jack on one shoulder, there should also be an red-white-blue on the other shoulder. ;)

1 shirt for me, will start a thread on the topic on our forums also.

Stickers will be sorted by Paddy I suppose?

This film should be played at high volume, so don't come complaining about it! And who the hell is Steve?

2 shirts size XXXXXL or so  ;) and 2 car stickers for me please!

Suggestion for design: smokie mentioned in an earlier post that he found the dress of the French national team at the football worldcup quite good as a template, I share that

hoping that the car would break down. I came away in love with the place." - Eddie Irvine

Any ideas for the picture on the back?

Dunlop Bridge or circuit map maybe

Like the idea of the Dunlop Bridge or circuit on the back. I would rather not resemble the French football strip! Maybe a bit more like the English Rugby shirt? But sports other than motorsport and national teams could upset some people.

thats the idea.. maybe the track sideways (ie so will spread over the back) like they have on the LM 24hr jackets?

This would leave a large area of the rear of the shirt blank as the logo would run across the shoulders.
