It can't have been there very long I'm sure I saw it at the Airport in Dec 04.

Looked on airport web site can't find it there..........

Last resort - have sent an Email to their head office asking them.

I know this is going to appear really strange - but you can actually hunt down and buy a bottle opener in the USA. Now I know you're all collectively gasping, and exclaiming "Well, I never!!!" - but it's true - remarkable - but true nontheless.
I believe they cost around 50 cents, from specialty shops like 7-Eleven.
