The ACO countdown clock looks right from here. ;)
As the race takes place in France ( wether it is a French race or not is a different topic) I follow CET as I will be there days ahead and the hours only matter in the last week IMHO  ::) :o

I agree the hours don't really matter till the day and by then you can't see the countdown anyway.  ;)  Unless we get some sort of Internet feed. 8)

I supposse that I made these points because my avatar shows differing amounts of time to go compared to the other countdowns that are around.  However,  Mine is always correct.  It's the others that are wrong.   That's not MO it's fact.   ;D ;D ;D ;D
