
Ryanair has been banned from using an advert featuring a provocative image of a bare-midriffed 'schoolgirl' in a mini-skirt to promote cheap flights.
The budget airline's advert, which appeared in newspapers last year, was 'irresponsible and likely to cause serious or widespread offence', the Advertising Standards Authority said.
It received 13 complaints from people upset by Ryanair's promotion featuring the slogan 'Hottest back to school fares'.
