How about Vanishing point?

Whatever the reality, Rendezvous is one of the finest examples of cinema verity you will ever see.

Bullitt, The French Connection, or for shits & giggles the Blues Brothers.

Not sure it quite counts as a chase - but I love the opening sequence in Drive.

I love Rendezvous but it isn't strictly speaking a 'chase'.

Vanishing point is iconic and is basically 'all chase'.

The Bullitt chase is a classic moment in movie history.

The chases in Ronin have a combination of extreme chase and drama.

I can't decide.

I'd rather have another Tropillama!

I'd have to agree with that.  Good Music too.  :-)
