Time to name names!!

The following people have neither paid nor notified me of the intention to pay for the calendars they ordered:

And bank transfers with the reference

Egg Banking PLC    &   Rosten-Edward   

But until these 4 people contact me with their CA name and real name/address for the latter 2, then they wont get a calendar!!

So come on people - it is getting very close to print time.

Thanks for responding.  I've just looked at the emails on cafund@hotmail, and I havn't received anything from you.  Can you re-send please.  I'm just going in to the bank to get a mini-statement so I'll check there.

I have to ask - what is the 1.038 factor for??  I presume it represents the 3.8%.  If so, you have mis-read the instructions - this figure kicks in on orders for 5 or more calendars;  you have already added the 0.75 fee once for your order of 1 calendar.  I'll take the extra as a donation to CA funds - not worth sending it back   

D'oh.  Correct you are.  You can keep the, what, .45 GPB?  lol

Consider it a downpayment on next year's LM Guide.
