Another thought before I head off to the pub. Could be done in a Vargas stylee a la B-15 Flying Fortress artwork

Sorry to lower the tone... but no one has mentioned the Team "Cunning Stunts"... done in a pot noodle style logo.

Also... as Elvis and myself discussed earlier... "Vomiting for England". Keep the Jonny Walker logo but adjust as required...

Or copy Beaver tool hire with their ads as seen in Portsmouth. Will post  a pic on monday when taken a photo of it. Its a beauty!!
