Cheque Presentation to the Motorsport Safety Fund
« on: March 03, 2008, 01:58:09 pm »
All,

The MSF have offered us tickets (limited number of 10) to a BRSCC club meet at Silverstone the weekend of 12 & 13 April so we can present our big cheque to them either on the podium or the start finish line.   8)

At the moment I am looking at going up on the Sunday but if general opinion of those who wish to join us is to go on the Saturday then I'm sure I can switch days.

Details of the event can be seen here:  http://www.brscc.co.uk/calendar/70.html

Anyone who is interested please let me know.  Tickets are on a first come first served basis.

Dx

PS:  Details of other presentations will follow once I've sorted out time and place details with the charities invloved.
Live imperfectly and with great delight.

Hi Doris,

could you get someone to take a pic when you hand over the cheque? Would be a good illustration for our "call for donations" page in this years CA guide - so dress nicely ;D.

Cheers

We'll be at Donington Park that weekend so can't even volunteer for the photography.

I can find out what other snappers will be around if we don't have someone to take a pic.

Doesn't an epiphany normally occur on the Road to Domestos?

Oh and Piglet; use a bloomin' hanky!
I wouldn't sit there if I were you, it's still a bit wet.

Good stuff D, have one for me whilst your there.
May suggest that the committee gets first options on the tickets.
If there were any left over I wouldn’t mind going ;)
