Crashed my car on the way into work this morning! Rear ended a 4x4 Volvo (dented the bumper) and have completely trashed the front on my Lexi
I'm just waiting to hear back from the insurers to find out if it's been written off or not...
To top it all... I managed to get a lift from my mum to the train station, to get a lift with a colleage into the office, stepped out of the car and landed on my ar$e infront of a queue of chatting/smoking taxi drivers - needless to say, after a few swear words all I could do was join them in hysterically laughing at the incident!
The only upside to this is that the chosen vehicle for the drive to Le Mans is the Audi A4 again (phew), so it doesn't impact our plans. It just means I have to be a little more consious of how much I spend as the excess is going to be £325.00 and I dread to think how much more I'm going to have to spend if I have to buy a new car...
