oh dear our little house hen died today.....she was ever so sweet (robspots favourite hen) but has been ill for a while, she even had a few visits to the vets, something i have never done for a chicken....currently in a plasic bag, to keep off the flie, awaiting rex to get home a dig a small hole so we can have her funeral tonight   :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

not allowed to eat her she's been on antibiotics....think we might cut open her nostril and see how infected she was, its always interesting....

When I was a small boy (many many pies ago) I found a Sparrow on the ground in the rain, my mum had been cooking pies in the oven, so we popped it in there to dry off....... but I forgot about it.... we did bury it with a cross though..... :'(

My condolences for your loss.

She was a beautifull little thing. When she walked outside, she got most of the Cocks excited!!!!! :D

just opened the fridge to get the butter....forgot the chicken was in there...(rex never got round to digging a hole)....not sure if i still want my toast....
