Hi All

I have never been to the Spa rach and would appreciate some views on it - it seems from your comments that it is well worth - divorce/bankrupcy and bunking off work for???

If you've never been to Spa then you should do it at least once.  The atmosphere at the 24 hours is superb and the circuit stunning.  No pesky prototypes getting in the way either.... >:D

I will probably show up sometime during the weekend, it is afterall only a 30 min. drive, so I have no excuse not going.  @ buddha, It is a fun event, more low key than Le Mans, but there is a good vibe around the track, also gets quit busy round the track. Camping site seem to be plentyfull, but if you are early enough wit booking their is this nice little hostel not far from the track.

Well Spa might be a click nearer now Andy- the divorce looms ever closer. Dragon wife blew the engine up on 'her' Interceptor last night. Quote 'its been sounding poorly since you went to France and that little red light has been on for weeks'

Its such a big lump and a bugger to get in and out- i still awake screaming in the night thinking about when we put it in. Shame, it was a real cooking motor too- a tweeked 440 R/T motor out of a mate's crashed Charger- it jumped off the rollers twice before the guy running the rolling road gave up on it. >:D
 Had a look at it this evening and it's seized solid, oil everywhere :'( :'( We've just spent a fortune getting the paint and the repairs done after the MOT monkey ripped off the door. It got new suspension, stainless exhausts, new rubbers and re-furbed wheels and new pirellis in the last few months too. So it looks like a full engine rebuild and a gearbox rebuild whilst its out to pay for now. Not a happy bunny tonight :(

An inconvenient meeting for next Thursday has just been cancelled, so I've taken opportunity to take holiday leave from Thursday afternoon to Monday, but the Eau Rouge campsite at Stavelot, where I've stayed the last 2 years, is fully booked.  Does anyone have any good ideas as to where to stay?  If not, we'll have to pitch tent in one of the car parks.

There's usually lots of room on the meadows up at Les Combes. And the price is ok as well (8 Euros for car and tent if I remember correctly).
