Customer Number
« on: August 21, 2003, 09:33:46 pm »
In 2002 i sent off requests for tickets and passes and at the top right hand side of the leter was a Client id. This remainded the same throughout all correspondance..... blah blah blah .

when i passed over this yearrs request i didnt put the client number in , should i have done that ????

Do you , or should you try and keep the same client number , showing tho the ACO that you are a persistant offender ( or customer ) ??

answers on a postcars to this thread  :o

Me too... and amazingly the ACO seems to recognise it!

Yes definately.
When I booked for 2004 this year in the Expo centre, the charming lady ensured I put my client ID number on the form.

Robbo,
Quoting a client number just helps the ACO.If they can see you put up with anything this year, they'll send you the same next year!

Just changing the subject slightly.....there is a guy who hill climbs in his westfield/caterham/lotus who has changed the "Red Bull" logo to "No Bull" on the rear panel of the car.

Looks good .....and it goes........but not as quick as our Ians's
