I have the "official" video for these two years  (1998 - Beckman) (1999 - Duke).

If anyone still uses video and would like them for their collection just pm your address and I will send them off to you free of charge!

(Dont know if its true, but according to someone on ebay:   "Le Mans 1995, 1996, 1997 & 1998 are NOT AVaiLABLE ON DVD the company (Beckman) went bust years ago but no one has taken up the rights to the films...and probably never will!")
