I think he should STFU.   For a top Exec thats a pretty small fine IMHO.  He's hardly a model driver already had six points.
As one of the comments said "He was unaware of his speed.  Surely that is an admission of Driving without due care and attention."

Yesterday I received the parking blanc permit bought from BobMerry [thanks again Bob]

Took a quick photo and emailed the photo to the guy who is going to use it.

Or should I say was...

Seems that he wrecked his car in Brussels just a few minutes before I sent the photo.

Oh the irony of it!
