We have camped there a few times, and I can remember some people who used to start bonfires in the Oildrum rubbish bins, then drop camping gaz cylinders into it when it was burning nicely

They used to go with a pretty big bang  

Hmmm... especially the cast metal ones. We did one on KN a few years back. It was like time stopped for a second with a white out flash... always wondered where all the metal went?
