Andy Z's covered the 1955 accident so, to Whitehouse:

What year?

Who caused it?

Which car crashed next and who was driving?

And the next to crash and who was driving?

And finally?

The race winner was?

1927

Pierre Tabourin - Theo Schneider 25 SP

Leslie Callingham - Bentley 4 ½ Litre

George Duller - Bentley 3 Litre

Sammy Davis - Bentley 3 Litre

Sammy Davis/Dr John Dudley Benjafield - Bentley 3 Litre

The winning car carried No. 3, but was known as "Old Number 7", after the No. it was carried in 1926, when it crashed.
