I think if Andy keeps the Commer much longer it could end up looking like this monstrosity I spotted near Brighton (not surprisingly) last year:

Mother?

On second thoughts, as I am already on a warning as its a "family" event.....

A family event you say? Well that blows my idea out of the water. Perhaps I'll go as Josef Fritzl then...

Is anyone else dressing up for this event? I thought I'd go as Max Mosley.

I'm going all in with 3 boxes of timbits, a maple leaf and a packet of scrunchions.

Too much detail

Beautiful Mate, just beautiful. I don't mind admitting I shed a tear upon reading your last words there. She is indeed an amazing vehicle, there is something almost magical about her and I'm absolutely gutted that I wasn't a passenger for her final Zarse voyage to Le Mans. When she needed me most I let her down, and I'm truly sorry.

I can't imagine how our next pilgrimage to LM will turn out without her, who can say? One thing I do know is that I've never encountered a finer machine in my life, and I probably never will.

So how about we send her off with a gathering in her honour? I believe it's her 40th birthday soon...

It's a lovely thought Fran, but I just wouldn't be able to give her the love and attention she needs and indeed deserves. Oh, and I've nowhere to park it...  Undecided

You could leave it at my house...  Sad

So you keep it!  Tongue

Fran did you not know Steve could smash a Sherman tank in five minutes flat!!!    Grin

I object to your inference Sir! Three minutes, tops.

I must tell you there won't be a Commer at Le Mans next year.  Sad At least not with me.

Apologies. Some drunken fool got hold of my phone. If it's any consolation I feel like a large bag of poo today and would welcome death with open arms. I was only four hours late for work...

What we need now is a fully trained cameltoe engineer... Brad?!?!?!?

Steve,

He needs guidelines on scoring/marking them.

Perhaps, even sampling them would score a 10/10

We find it's best to start with making your own (see photo evidence) then and only then can you begin to judge the skill/scent/taste that goes into these fine creations. Chris tells me Brad still needs to work on his taste element, but apart from that he's pretty much there.
