You can buy those at the circuit when you get there, no need to get them in advance.

Absolutely, but there are always people who have spares and want to offload them - either drop-outs or where ticket agencies make you buy two GE passes per camping ticket so I was hoping to pay more like the ACO Member price than the full €75 if possible :)
